We are offering an exciting opportunity providing support and specialist residential care for children and young people with complex health conditions, such as brain injuries, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities or other complex needs.

Please note that for this role we can only accept applicants over 23 years old with experience working with Children or SEN experience, due to the clinical needs of the service users.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will:

  • Be over the age of 23 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have 1 year's prior experience working with children within the UK
  • Have experience working in a SEN setting
  • Minimum Level 2 Childcare Qualification Required
  • Have experience with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities
  • Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector and empathy towards others

All applicants will be required to complete PEG training, Suppository training and Team Teach.
