Jane Lewis is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our established Liverpool team. This is a sales role focusing on the healthcare sector. We are looking for a person who excels at Business Development and has a strategic understanding of Neutral Vendor models. You will be responsible for growing your own geographical patch and managing key accounts.

- Business Development: Actively cold-calling, prospecting, and generating new leads to expand our footprint in the Northwest area.
- 360 Sales: Managing the full lifecycle from initial sales call to candidate placement.
- Candidate Sourcing: Interviewing and selecting healthcare professionals.
- Account Management: Navigating Neutral Vendor frameworks and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Operations: Managing shift rotas and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
