We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with our client providing support to adults within a specialist mental health residential service for women over the age of 18 years old with a range of complex mental health conditions.

Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting Previous Mental Health experience in a Mental Health hospital or simular setting Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector The duties of a Support Worker include supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies and prompting personal care tasks.
