We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across the country.

Your responsibilities as a Healthcare Business Development Manager:

  • Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
  • Improving market share and to become the ‘go to' provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
  • Engaging with new clients through direct business development
  • To drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
  • To instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated
  • To practise a ‘demonstrate and do' attitude
