Chester City Baths Limited is seeking a Baths Operations Manager to lead daily operations, safety, maintenance and customer service at Chester City Baths. This role entails managing wet-side operations, safety policies and staff development to ensure a welcoming, well-run community facility.
You will report to the Board of Trustees and play a key leadership role, including training and coordinating with contractors and user groups to meet operational needs and health and safety standards.
