Role Description

This is a remote role for a Consultant Conveyancer, but some visits to the office will be required from time to time.

As a consultant you will be required to bring in your own caseload.

What sets us apart is our high‑quality administrative support which takes complete care of all ‘Stage 1’ and post‑completion matters, leaving you to deal with the legal queries and growing your case load to suit you – the sky is the limit.

As this is a consultant role a transparent fee split will be agreed prior to hiring between the firm and the consultant for completed matters.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, with experience managing residential and/or commercial transactions.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to provide calm, clear guidance in stressful situations.
  • High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or legally trained property professional (or equivalent experience in UK property law).
