Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) invites you to join us as Health Defence Coordinator covering the Grampian area. You will deliver health checks, run healthy lifestyle workshops, and support lifestyle change to reduce risk for people living with chest, heart and stroke conditions.
You will help recruit and line-manage volunteers, integrate Health Defence with CHSS services, and collaborate with colleagues to extend reach in local communities, including those affected by health inequalities.
