We are looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Wardrobe Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of uniforms to team members across the entire resort. The team member will be responsible for washing any uniform that is returned to maintain hygiene and high uniform standards, serving at the counter to support any uniform and ID related queries, issuing new uniform to new starters who join the business, and processing uniform returns from anyone who leaves the business.
Day to day this role will include:
- Clean and maintain uniform to a high standard and in a reasonable timeframe.
- Support with the delivery of inductions for new hires and issuing the correct uniform to each new team member.
- Process team members who are leaving – including returning uniform and issuing charges for lost uniform.
- Serve at the counter daily to support with any uniform related queries.
- Performing daily laundry duties - This will include using our industrial laundry machines, assessing the quality of uniform items for any stains or necessary repairs, and hanging all uniform pieces in the appropriate location.
- Maintain a hygienic, presentable environment by performing tasks like dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all workspaces.
- Carry out uniform checks every two weeks in the park and at our park hotels to ensure uniform standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience
- We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!
- Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
- Over 18 years old.
- Basic sewing skills are desired.
