Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NE

Hours: Fixed term contract to 15th November 2026

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2026 Season is in full swing, and we are looking for Rides & Attractions Hosts to join the team! You will be working in a fast-paced environment, welcoming and interacting with Adventurers, whilst monitoring queue lines and implementing ride restrictions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service as part of the biggest front line team.
  • Following and enforcing all health and safety protocols while ensuring Adventurers create a memorable experience on the Rides.
  • Getting Guests onto and off of a variety of thrilling Rides, making sure that Health and safety is always a priority.
  • Pro-actively handling guest queries and complaints.
  • Ensuring that your area is always kept to the highest standards.
  • Carrying out daily checks on the rides.
  • Reporting any health and safety concerns using appropriate methods.
  • Ensuring any health and safety incidents are reported the same day and followed up.
  • Implementing all ride restrictions.

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw-dropping fun to our Guests! While we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:

  • Customer service experience
  • Working outdoors
  • Prepared for new challenges every day
