Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Admin Assistant to join the team!

In this role, you will work behind the scenes of the Park Operations departments (Rides & Attractions, Park Presentations, and Waste & Recycling) to ensure all admin responsibilities are completed.

Your responsibilities will include sorting, scanning, and saving daily paperwork while maintaining an organized archive system. A key part of your role will be gaining expertise in operating systems such as People Portal, Command Centre, and Magic Track, and being able to problem-solve during operational days to support the wider teams. You will also develop a full understanding of operations trackers and be able to report key insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

While we do not require formal qualifications or experience, the following would be desirable:

  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems of work
  • Previous theme park/rides experience (preferable)
