Here at Chessington World of Adventures, we are recruiting for a Helpdesk Performance & Data Administrator to join our Technical Services team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the team in managing and optimising our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, PlanetFM. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across the Resort throughout the year by maintaining accurate system data, coordinating contractor compliance, and using data insights to drive continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the PlanetFM system, overseeing third-party contractors, and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and up to date. On a daily basis, you will support work order creation, preventative maintenance scheduling, and purchase order management through the helpdesk system. You will also produce reports and dashboards to monitor performance, analyse trends, and provide insights that support the achievement of departmental KPIs and business targets.
As the main point of contact for KPI reporting and data integrity, you will play an important role in improving processes, supporting operational excellence, and helping the Technical Services department continue to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in EAM/CMS system and implementation is highly desirable
- Experience with using database analysis and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or SQL reports
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills able to extract, transform, analyse, and interpret data sets
- Strong verbal and written report writing skills, including ability to draft procedural documents and workflows
- Ability to collaborate and influence others using knowledge and data to gain agreement
- Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Capable of rational, structured, logical thinking and analysis. Written and verbal output shall be concise and accurate
- Strong interpersonal communication and positive influencing skills, capable of working on own initiative whilst also being an effective team player
- Business/Data analysis experience would be desirable
