First Aid Team Leads provide advanced medical care to all persons on site and advise the First Aid Team in line with legal requirements and the company Health, Safety and Security guidelines. Leads manage team performance and maintain operational excellence on a local scale within the resort.
Day to day this role will include:
- Manage day‐to‐day operations of the First Aid department.
- Lead, develop and line manage First Aid Responders and First Aiders.
- Responding to and advising on incidents on Resort and in Centre.
- Ensure accurate incident reporting via internal system MIDAS.
- Ensure completion of follow up calls with patients when required and updating records.
- Lead completion of company health screenings and drug & alcohol testing.
- Undertake the role of Department Duty Manager in line with the rota.
- Support Attraction Incident Management team when required and ensure timely updates/escalation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Must hold valid FREC 3/4 and FAW qualifications.
- Management experience in a visitor attraction is preferred.
- You will need to undergo a DBS check to fulfil this role.
