The Compliance Coordinator supports the Head of Contracts & Compliance in the effective administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Technical Services compliance function across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Engineering Asset Management system, ensuring asset data, PPM schedules, qualifications, tooling records, and compliance documents stay accurate and up to date.
- Support statutory compliance administration and maintain records in line with governance and audit requirements.
- Manage the Technical Services learning platform, including training content, completion tracking, and mandatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain training matrices, qualification records, and competency trackers, following up with teams and managers on outstanding actions.
- Support contractor governance through audits, spot checks, performance tracking, and escalation of compliance concerns where needed.
- Assist with audits, documentation control, governance meetings, compliance communications, and wider day-to-day support for the Technical Compliance function.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment such as theme parks, hospitality, or similar industries is desirable.
- An interest in developing a career within compliance, governance, safety, technical services, or contract management.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a compliance and safety-focused role.
- Experience supporting or enforcing safety standards, procedures, or operational rules within a workplace environment is desirable.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with data, compliance systems, trackers, and documentation.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using systems such as EAM platforms, LMS systems, or compliance tracking software would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to communicate confidently with internal teams, managers, and external contractors.
- Comfortable following up on actions, training compliance, and governance requirements with stakeholders across different departments.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance processes, contractor governance, or administrative coordination is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
