We’re preparing for our 2026 season and looking for Rides & Attractions Assistants. You’ll safely assist guests on and off our rides, ensuring Health & Safety is always the priority. With full training, you’ll confidently answer guest questions, support with complaints, and keep your area to a high standard.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Prioritise Health & Safety for guests, colleagues, and yourself
- Enforce ride restrictions and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Carry out daily ride safety checks
- Report any safety concerns
- Follow training and operational procedures
- Maintain efficient ride operations

Qualifications & Experience
We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests! Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:
