  • Hosting engaging VIP experiences, animal encounters, birthday parties, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
  • Guiding guests around the Resort as part of our Ultimate Day Out and VIP packages.
  • Supporting the delivery of corporate events and conference centre functions.

  • Completing daily operational paperwork and departmental administration.
  • Delivering hotel packages to guests staying in our on-site hotels.
  • Driving the Safari Truck safely and in line with company policies and procedures (where applicable).

Above all, you'll be committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and helping to make every visit to Chessington World of Adventures truly unforgettable.
