Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for an Electrician to join our Facilities team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, infrastructure and facilities across the resort. Completing any electrical modifications, installations, test & inspections, in accordance with all current legislation and completing statuary compliance tasks as required. You will provide an efficient time response to all maintenance issues, consisting of proactive, reactive, health & safety and emergency requests. Youll bring your skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the best possible experiences for our guests, with Health & Safety being our number 1 priority. This is a full time role, working between the hours of 6:00am 10:30pm on a rolling shift pattern. Qualifications & Experience Up to date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Level 3 NVQ or equivalent + AM2 Post apprenticeship experience within a relevant building services or engineering environment Excellent communications skills Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work Be comfortable working in a customer facing environment A good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities is highly beneficial Able to work well in a team and independently Experience in electrical modifications, testing & inspections, remedial work and completing statuary compliance tasks Previous basic general trades experience(carpentry/plumbing) Our Benefits An annual salary of up to £38,110 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Enjoy the Ride Merlin Annual Passes – 6 in total per year, 1 for you, plus 5 to gift to loved ones!
