Join our fantastic Digital team at Chess! We’re hiring across three senior Microsoft consulting roles. Help shape enterprise-grade solutions for our clients and accelerate your career in a supportive, innovative environment.

  • Lead Power Platform Consultant: Lead the design, development, governance, and optimisation of enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Define and enforce standards, oversee integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems, and guide your team through presales, governance frameworks, and continuous innovation. You'll mentor developers, deliver workshops/webinars, and drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption. Requires 5+ years’ experience, strong technical fluency (C#, JS, SQL, .NET), and excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Senior Azure Consultant: Take ownership of large-scale Azure deployments—designing landing zones, governance structures, security models, networking, infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/Terraform), and DevOps pipelines. You'll guide migrations, manage hybrid setup, control Azure costs, integrate Defender, Sentinel, and shape secure, compliant solutions. The role demands 5+ years’ Azure experience in enterprise environments, certifications (AZ‑305, AZ‑500, etc.), strong automation, DevOps, security, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Senior M365 Consultant: Lead customer engagements to deliver, govern, and optimise Microsoft 365 environments. You'll run design workshops, implement solutions across Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Purview, and Power Automate, and support integration and automation. Provide escalation support, lead presales efforts, create proposals, and drive webinars. You’ll mentor teammates and stay current on Microsoft 365 innovations. Requires 5+ years’ experience across core M365 workloads, strong technical knowledge, certifications, and excellent communication skills.
