We’re on the lookout for a driven customer and sales enthusiast to join our expanding Corporate Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales, this role focuses on managing multiple small business accounts and developing trusted customer relationships through consultative selling. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of solutions—broadband, phone systems, IT support, security, Microsoft 365 licences and more—while collaborating with senior account managers and product specialists. The role offers a clear route to progression into our wider Corporate Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts: ensuring consistent engagement and support.
  • Discuss existing services such as broadband and phone systems while promoting additional services and using our product specialists to grow your account base.
  • Continuously build knowledge of IT services and solutions to confidently address customer needs and objections.
  • Collaborate with experienced corporate account managers, especially those specialising in IT and security, to learn best practices and assist in joint opportunities.
  • Spot potential for additional services within existing accounts and work to expand product adoption.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Engage in training and mentorship programs to build the skills and experience needed for advancement into the Corporate Sales team.

  • Manages a high volume of accounts efficiently, maintaining accurate records and following up consistently.

Working Hours and Location:

A standard week is 37½ Monday to Friday. Flexible, hybrid position with a home-first working policy, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK. Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
