We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer / foreman to join our roofing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of roofers and labourers in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of buildings. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine roofing requirements.
- Install new roofs using various materials for pitched and flat roofs (mainly EPDM rubber for flat roofing).
- Repair or replace damaged roofing components, ensuring weatherproofing and durability.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with carpentry, masonry or other related construction tasks on-site.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
