We’re looking for motivated, energetic Mobile Sales Specialists to join our growing team. Bring a passion for new business, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new mobile business opportunities in alignment with our product strategy.
  • Consistently achieve monthly acquisition targets by leveraging our existing customer and prospect database.
  • Drive outbound sales activity with energy and volume, creating your own opportunities while collaborating closely with Account Directors.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with customers to build trust and drive engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of ongoing opportunities.
  • Execute a structured and proactive new‑business contact strategy.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Hit new connection targets while maximising revenue potential across all opportunities.
  • Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities across our wider product and service portfolio.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with our offerings and the broader market landscape.
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract and convert new leads.
  • Present clear forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic win plans to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover and convert leads from across the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Strong background in enterprise and corporate mobile sales – essential.
  • Resilience under pressure, with a track record of hitting and exceeding growth targets.
  • Outstanding telephone sales skills with energy and presence to engage and convert.
  • Persuasive communication and exceptional closing ability with commercial instinct.
  • Self‑starter mentality, able to take initiative and drive results independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and natural enthusiasm for winning new business.
  • Commitment to continuous self‑development and staying ahead in a competitive market.
  • Agile and adaptable – comfortable navigating change and seizing new opportunities.
  • Confidence with numbers and commercially astute, solid mathematical ability.
  • Natural problem‑solver with sharp analytical thinking and a solutions‑first mindset.

Working Hours & Location

A standard week is 37½ hours, Monday to Friday. The role is flexible, hybrid with a home‑first working policy. Attendance at the Alderley Edge hub is required for training and monthly hub days.
