Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new mobile business opportunities in alignment with our product strategy.
- Consistently achieve monthly acquisition targets by leveraging our existing customer and prospect database.
- Drive outbound sales activity with energy and volume, creating your own opportunities while collaborating closely with Account Directors.
- Communicate confidently and clearly with customers to build trust and drive engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of ongoing opportunities.
- Execute a structured and proactive new‑business contact strategy.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Hit new connection targets while maximising revenue potential across all opportunities.
- Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities across our wider product and service portfolio.
- Stay up‑to‑date with our offerings and the broader market landscape.
- Develop innovative approaches to attract and convert new leads.
- Present clear forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic win plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uncover and convert leads from across the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Strong background in enterprise and corporate mobile sales – essential.
- Resilience under pressure, with a track record of hitting and exceeding growth targets.
- Outstanding telephone sales skills with energy and presence to engage and convert.
- Persuasive communication and exceptional closing ability with commercial instinct.
- Self‑starter mentality, able to take initiative and drive results independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, and natural enthusiasm for winning new business.
