Chess Dynamics is seeking a Customer Service Executive to act as the day-to-day interface with customers within the S3 team. You will coordinate repairs, spares, and field service activities, keeping programmes moving and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the Project & Customer Service Manager, the role emphasises proactive service, clear communication across engineering, operations and commercial teams, and delivery of exceptional customer support throughout equipment.
