Cheslyn Hay Academy is seeking a dedicated Student Refocus Lead for term-time, permanent alignment, 35 hours per week. The role focuses on managing the Refocus Room to help students reset, reflect and get back on track, supporting a positive school culture and safeguarding commitments.
The post requires empathy, resilience and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, working with teaching staff, Heads of Year and SLT to uphold high behaviour standards and ensure a calm environment.
