As our Storeman, you will be solely responsible for the organization and general cleanliness of two adjoining stock rooms containing used electrical equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure these areas are consistently clean, tidy, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming stock and ensuring efficient storage and order within the stock rooms.
- Cleaning, testing, and performing basic repairs on equipment such as changing plugs and fuses.
- Physical capability required due to large and heavy items.
- Photographing stock for inventory and sales.
- Basic cleaning of the unit, rearranging and moving stock.
Previous experience is not essential; attitude is infinitely more important than experience. Training will be provided to ensure confidence and capability in fulfilling the role’s responsibilities.
