Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables accurately and in a timely manner
  • Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
  • Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils
  • Assisting with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service
  • Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
