We are looking for an organised and proactive Mobilisation Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of activities across the Mobilisation team. This role will provide essential administrative support to help build capacity for nature-positive action, while acting as the first point of contact for external enquiries relating to volunteering, the Wild Network and education programmes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings for training sessions, workshops, talks and events.
- Manage schedules for delivery staff and training providers.
- Ensure all associated administration and documentation are completed efficiently.
- Support financial administration, such as invoicing, supplier set-up and equipment procurement.
- Maintain event listings across online platforms, including the Trust's website and Eventbrite.
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication and effective coordination.
- Assist with monitoring, reporting and feedback collection to support future planning and evaluation.
- Undertake general office administration to support the wider Mobilisation and Nature Recovery teams.
