Salary: £15,112–£15,793 per annum for 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE). £20,149–£21,058 per annum for 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Full‑time equivalent salary is £25,186–£26,322 per annum.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Mobilisation Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of activities across the Mobilisation team. This role provides essential administrative support to build capacity for nature‑positive action and acts as the first point of contact for external enquiries concerning volunteering, the Wild Network and education programmes.

  • Coordinate bookings for training sessions, workshops, talks and events; manage schedules for delivery staff and training providers.
  • Ensure all associated administration and documentation are completed efficiently.
  • Support financial administration, including invoicing, supplier set‑up and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain event listings across online platforms, including the Trust’s website and Eventbrite.
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt communication and effective coordination.
  • Assist with monitoring, reporting and feedback collection to support future planning and evaluation.
  • Perform general office administration to support the wider Mobilisation and Nature Recovery teams.
