An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Access and Referral Team for a permanent part-time Social Worker. I-Art is the first point of contact for the public and professionals who wish to make a referral in relation to children and their families.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Social Worker for I-Art on a permanent part-time basis.

Our Children\’s Social Care workforce is passionate and committed to improving outcomes for children in our authority by providing a consistent, high-quality service to families, supported by excellent leadership and management. It is an exciting time to join our authority.

Our recent inspection has acknowledged that our children benefit from a stable and resilient workforce, who have access to a comprehensive learning and development package, and are supported to develop experience through an embedded β€˜grow our own’ approach to progression. We are approved as a Partner in Practice with the Department of Education and have won \”Overall Council of the Year\” and \”Best Innovation\” awards in 2018. We are developing and embedding Our Ways of Working with our multi-agency partners to ensure improved collaboration and a unified approach to practice utilizing Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Practice.
