Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Access and Referral Team for a part time role, for a 12-month period, to cover Mat Leave for a Senior Social Worker. As this is a shared role, working days are set to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I-Art is the first point of contact for the public and professionals who wish to makea referral in relation to children and their families.

Responsibilities

Senior Social Worker -Support the Manager to provide an intensive, high quality access team as a front door for services for families across the continuum of need. The post holder will manage risk and make key decisions about the threshold of need for children, young people and vulnerable adults. Support the team manager, social workers, early support officers, i-ART officers and staff from a range of different disciplines.
