The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This role will manage a team of driving, passenger assistant, and school crossing patrol staff to successfully deliver a range of transport-related services to the required legislative and regulatory standards. You will ensure that services are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements and policies. All vehicles must be operated to legal standards, and regulatory checks must be carried out. This post requires working at two locations: Meridian House, Winsford, and Rossfield Depot, Ellesmere Port. There will be a requirement to participate in covering a rota for a duty officer phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of driving, passenger assistant, and school crossing patrol staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
  3. Deliver services in accordance with SLAs and policies.
  4. Operate vehicles legally and conduct regulatory checks.
  5. Work across two locations: Meridian House, Winsford, and Rossfield Depot, Ellesmere Port.
  6. Participate in duty officer rota coverage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in person management and supervision of driving and assistance staff.
  • Understanding of administration requirements related to staff management.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
