You will have the opportunity to:

You will have:
- CQSW/CSS/Diploma/Degree in Social Work or equivalent (Essential)
- Social Work England Registration (Essential)
- Enhanced DBS and Children’s and Adults Barred List checks (Essential)
- Knowledge of social work policies and recent service developments
- Effective communication skills with clients and families
- Positive coping strategies and resilience
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary working and safeguarding legislation
- Energetic, sensitive, and motivated personality
You will be responsible for:
- Managing safeguarding concerns and enquiries within policies and timescales
- Building effective relationships with health professionals, providers, and referral services
- Communicating effectively with adults at risk and their families, following Making Safeguarding Personal
- Having a good understanding of enquiries, the Care Act, and safeguarding policies
This is a hybrid role, combining work from council offices and home working where appropriate.
