Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities and Children\’s Transitions Teams.

There are both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Please specify your preference in your application.

The Children with Disabilities team works closely with the Children’s Transition Team to ensure seamless transitions for our young people. We use an early help approach to provide the right level of support to children with disabilities. Our team is proud to be Makaton friendly, engaging in regular sign and dine sessions to develop this skill.

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of several months post-qualifying experience and will have completed their ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment).

We seek experienced, committed, creative, and resilient Social Workers to join our teams. We offer a supportive, collaborative working environment in modern offices, with excellent management support and opportunities for professional development.
