Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint full-time Residential Children’s Care Workers to work in our Children’s Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich. Cheshire West and Chester’s Residential service aims to meet the needs of its most vulnerable children and maximize their life chances to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

As a Residential Children’s Care Worker, you will join an organization focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families. Our team strives to build purposeful relationships to bring about meaningful change in the lives of children and young people. Cheshire West and Chester promotes a progressive culture that embraces creativity, innovation, and high aspirations for children.

The Council plans to expand its quality services by opening new homes and uses a trauma-informed approach with our multi-agency partnership model ‘Our Way of Working’.
