Job Description
What are we looking for?
- An experienced professional driver with D1 classification on their clean license.
- A driver who has driving experience of minibus/passenger type vehicles.
- Ideally you will have relevant driving training and be willing to undertake further training required to deliver the role to a high standard.
- You should be able to work well as part of a team of drivers and assistants.
- You should have experience of operating a tail lift and safety equipment used to secure wheelchairs for travel.
- It would be beneficial if you have experience in customer care, ideally working with vulnerable people or in a school or health care setting.
- You will need to demonstrate good communication skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours is required which can vary due to operational requirements.
