Cheshire Tile & Bathroom Studio is home to a friendly, customer-focused team working within a design-led tile and bathroom showroom spread across two floors. Our dedicated tile studio showcases premium Italian tile designs, while our inspirational full-size bathroom displays include a working steam room, a fully functioning washlet toilet area, and a comprehensive brassware section covering all our product ranges. We also offer a unique space known as The Loft - an area where clients can explore their project in a more personalised, immersive way separate from the main showroom. With a wide portfolio of brands - both well-known and more exclusive - our priority is always exceptional customer service and meeting customer expectations wherever possible.

This is a full-time showroom position based at Stanley Green, Cheadle Hulme. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with one weekday off. We remain closed on bank holidays, Easter weekend, and from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.

Industry experience is certainly beneficial, but the most important qualities are strong communication skills, confidence when engaging with customers and a motivated work ethic geared towards achieving sales. While we do not operate a high-pressure selling environment, we are a busy showroom, so efficient time management is essential. Full training will be provided, so candidates without tile or bathroom experience are still encouraged to apply.

We reward performance through a straightforward commission structure that enables focused and driven team members to earn over £40k per year. The scheme is uncapped, meaning higher earnings are achievable through outstanding customer service and sales performance.
