Are you passionate about education and ready to make a real impact in the classroom? We're working with a secondary school in Crewe that is looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Role Overview:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
  • Support pupils with additional needs
  • Encourage student engagement and academic progress

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (school-based or similar setting)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, proactive, and patient attitude

Further Information:

  • Hours 9am - 3.20pm
  • Immediate start, ongoing, with opportunity for a permanent role in time
  • 5 days per week - term time only

All successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS and other relevant compliance checks.
