We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team. This role will involve working across various areas of the factory and operating a range of machinery as required. The successful candidate must be flexible, hands-on, and willing to carry out a variety of duties throughout the business.

Key Duties

  • Operating various sheet metal and production machinery
  • Assisting in different departments throughout the factory
  • Carrying out various production and general factory duties where needed
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Maintaining quality standards and safe working practices
  • Supporting production requirements across multiple areas of the business
  • General factory and housekeeping duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment is essential
  • Experience operating press brakes and laser machines would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to undertake various jobs around the factory as required
  • Training will be provided where necessary
  • Good understanding of factory health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
