We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team. This role will involve working across various areas of the factory and operating a range of machinery as required. The successful candidate must be flexible, hands-on, and willing to carry out a variety of duties throughout the business.
Key Duties
- Operating various sheet metal and production machinery
- Assisting in different departments throughout the factory
- Carrying out various production and general factory duties where needed
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining quality standards and safe working practices
- Supporting production requirements across multiple areas of the business
- General factory and housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment is essential
- Experience operating press brakes and laser machines would be an advantage
- Must be willing to undertake various jobs around the factory as required
- Training will be provided where necessary
- Good understanding of factory health and safety practices
