As a result, we are looking to recruit an experienced Fibre Glassing Operative or someone with the willingness and energy to learn a life-long trade.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lamination: Applying layers of GRP material to create desired shapes and forms of spas and swimming pools.
- Finishing: Trimming edges, smoothing surfaces, and applying protective / insulation coatings.
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Fibre Glassing Equipment.
- Preparing and Cutting of steel work, ready for welding.
- Ensuring departmental operations are followed, in line with companies ISO 9001-2015 procedures adhering to standard procedures, processes, quality, job flow.
- Maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety and Housekeeping in the factory.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in operating Chopper and Gel guns.
- Experience in the GRP Industry.
- Able to work quickly and methodically within a team.
- Practical aptitude.
- Strong teamwork skills, as the job involves working with others in a team.
- Experience not required for Trainee Role.
