Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules covering engineering, licensing, and growth initiatives.
- Establish and manage cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects and programmes.
- Maintain risk and opportunity registers, supporting mitigation planning and decision-making.
- Implement change control processes for scope, schedule, and cost.
- Provide progress measurement, earned value analysis (where applicable), and consolidated reporting to senior leadership.
Contract & Commercial Controls
- Support contract administration for customer and supplier agreements, ensuring alignment with project controls baselines.
- Track contractual deliverables, milestones.
