Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects and programmes.
- Maintain risk and opportunity registers, supporting mitigation planning and decision-making.
- Implement change control processes for scope, schedule, and cost.
- Provide progress measurement, earned value analysis (where applicable), and consolidated reporting to senior leadership.
