Cheshire Solutions is growing quickly, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment expert to join us and help build our specialist recruitment offering.
We work across engineering, energy, infrastructure, industrial and technical sectors, providing clients with the people and expertise they need to deliver complex projects and achieve operational performance.
The Role
This is a senior, commercially focused role with genuine autonomy. You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new business and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across primarily permanent staffing based requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to build your own client portfolio, develop your market and play a key role in growing the recruitment business and your own team.
What we're looking for
- Proven recruitment experience at Principle Consultant level or above
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience within technical, engineering, energy, infrastructure or project recruitment
- Excellent candidate sourcing and networking ability
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of delivery
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build something
