The Governors and headteacher of Park Lane School are excited to advertise a Teaching Assistant Vacancy within our school.

Park Lane School is an all-age Special School currently meeting the needs of 152 pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties including ASC, physical difficulties, sensory difficulties, and health needs.

The school has high expectations for all pupils.

  • We require 2 Teaching Assistants (AAAF 5013) to start as soon as possible
  • Grade 4 - SCP 5/6
  • Hours - Monday-Friday 8:45-3:45 (32.5hours per week)

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience of working in a school.
  • Positive attitude to, and high expectations of, children and young people with severe disabilities.
  • Ability to work as a team.

The school takes safeguarding very seriously and a DBS check and other recruitment checks will be required, prior to taking up the post.
