Frodsham Primary Academy is looking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant for a specialist resource provision for 8 children. Required for September 2026 or as soon as possible. This will initially be a 1-year contract with the opportunity to extend. Hours of work will be 8.30am-3.30pm.

The Governors, staff and children of Frodsham Primary Academy are seeking enthusiastic and innovative assistants. We are looking for a class teaching assistant who:

  • Has a talent for making learning exciting and vibrant and who can inspire and motivate pupils.
  • Has high expectations about what children can achieve and has the knowledge to enable children to rise to these.
  • Has the skills to meet the needs of individuals and facilitate effective communication.
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Has experience of working with children with SEND.
  • Is forward-thinking and uses their own initiative for the needs of the pupils in your care.
