The Role
As an EYFS Teacher in our Pre-School class, you will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, personalised learning experiences tailored to the needs of young children. You will work closely with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants, the wider EYFS teaching team, to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that enables all children to flourish.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is about to receive it, with experience of working within the EYFS phase.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual learning needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Brings creativity, flexibility, and innovation to their teaching practice, with a deep commitment to inclusion and personalised learning.
- Shows patience, empathy, and a strong desire to positively impact the lives of children from a very young age.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development, is eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive school community.
