The Governors seek to appoint an EYFS Leader from 1st September 2026. St Joseph's is a thriving Catholic Community with happy children and a dedicated, friendly and supportive staff team. We are looking to appoint an experienced, outstanding classroom practitioner to lead our EYFS. The position is a full-time permanent role from September 2026.

We have a 60 place Nursery along with a PAN of 45 for Reception. Our EYFS has a large well-resourced indoor and outdoor learning environment, and our children are eager and willing to learn. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to stimulate and challenge children of all abilities as well as demonstrate positive behaviour management. They will be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all our children.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children. The successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and will follow a stringent vetting and induction process.
