Cuddington Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our team from September. This is an exciting time to join the school as we are moving from Create Learning Trust and joining forces with the Sir John Brunner Foundation, bringing new opportunities for collaboration, professional development and shared practice across a wider family of schools.

About the role

This post has arisen as part of a leadership restructure, with our Deputy Headteacher stepping into a Head of School role from September, supported by our existing Executive Headteacher. We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Has a strong track record of effective classroom practice
  • Is confident in delivering high-quality teaching across the curriculum
  • Is ready to take on subject leadership responsibility (or develop into this role)
  • Is committed to continuous improvement and professional development

We would particularly welcome applications from teachers on M3–M4, although exceptional Early Career Teachers will also be considered.
