The predicted salary is between 24675 - 26766 £ per year.

Applications are invited for the full-time permanent post of Reflect Room Lead – Behaviour and Standards required to start as soon as possible.

Actual Salary Range: £24,675 - £26,766. Permanent 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Due to the continued growth of the Academy, Trustees and Governors of Shavington Academy are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and reliable person to manage the day-to-day running of the Reflect Room, oversee the running of daily detentions (social times and afterschool) and support the Senior Leadership Team, Pastoral Leaders and Deputy Pastoral Leaders in implementing restorative approaches and unpicking and solving barriers to learning.
