We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Assistant to join our dedicated team and support our pupils during the lunchtime period. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a vibrant school community where relationships are strong, behaviour is positive and children enjoy their time both in and out of the classroom.

Position Details:

  • 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) (We would also consider 3 days per week Monday-Wednesday)
  • 12:00-13:00 1 hour per day (lunchtime) so 5 hours per week.
  • Term time only (38 weeks)
  • Ideally Full Time but Part Time also considered
  • Immediate start required subject to satisfactory DBS result and references.

The Role:

As a Midday Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our pupils have a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime experience. Duties will include supervising children in the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive play and supporting good behaviour in line with the school’s values.
