The Governors and Executive Head of The Bishop Wilson and Christ Church, Church of England Primary Schools Federation are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced HLTA for Christ Church CE Primary School starting in September 2026. The successful candidate needs to be flexible, enthusiastic, happy to work in a team and have a trauma informed approach.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum and SEND and who also puts the children at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for someone who shares our school vision of being a Beacon of Light. They need excellent communication, the ability to build and develop relationships with the children and their families and a positive approach to behaviour management.
This role will be working with children across the school who have a range of SEND needs. You will be required to support the planning and delivery of activities specific to EHCPs for individual and small groups of children. This will include SALT, Bucket Therapy, fine and gross motor skills activities.
We can offer you wonderful children, who are keen to learn and work with you and a team of supportive colleagues. The contract will be temporary for one year.
