Ashdene Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The role involves supporting learning in classrooms during the mornings and providing whole class cover in the afternoons.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and a passion for supporting children’s learning.
- Can work effectively as part of a team, showing flexibility and initiative.
- Is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils.
