Following the retirement of a long-standing member of our team, the governors and staff are seeking to appoint a proactive, highly motivated, hardworking Cleaner to become a key part of our vibrant school community.
The successful candidate will:

Main responsibilities:
- Undertake cleaning of classrooms, including vacuuming / mopping floors, wiping and polishing tables, chairs, cupboards & windows.
- Cleaning corridor floors and wall surfaces.
- Emptying litter bins.
- Cleaning children’s and staff toilets.
- Cleaning main hall floor.
- Any other cleaning duties the Headteacher requires.
- Maintain COSHH records for cleaning products.
- Liaise with the school Site Maintenance Officer and School Business Manager regarding any cleaning matters.
- Undertake training as required for the role.
- Complete weekly checklist of duties.
- Complete holiday cleans during specified weeks.
